A key parameter monitored in our meat processing facility is temperature. The temperature of the rooms in which the products are processed and stored as well as the temperature of the products themselves are monitored. Temperatures are determined depending on the type of meat/meat products. A well maintained and correctly calibrated thermometer ensures that we deliver fresh and wholesome meat products to our clients.
